It is with greatest sadness that we have learnt that our friend Neville has passed away. Apart from being a stalwart of grass roots hockey, the EIHA and IHUK, Neville was also a member of GBSC and attended many of our AGMs. Our deepest sympathies go to his wife Mary and daughter Liz. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. God bless you Neville and may you rest in eternal peace. |

The Great Britain Mens Under 18 team retained their Division I status on Saturday night with a 3-2 victory over Lithuania. The result also relegated Lithuania into Division II.
Goals on the night came from from Joseph Lewis, James Ayling and Callum Best. The Players families who had made the journey to Poland, for the Championships, were being collected by the Coach that took the Mens Senior Team to Slovenia, as all flights in and out of Poland are still grounded following the Icelandic Volcano. |
