 Mark Beggs, the Head Coach of the G.B.u18’s has announced this year’s team after a series of trials and camps.
The team will travel to Heerenveen in Holland on 29th March to play in Div.2A of the u18’s IIHF Championships, playing against Lithuania, Korea, Romania, Croatia and hosts Netherlands. The team has a two day camp on 13th & 14th of March and a team training on 29th March in Hull prior to travelling. The team will be Captained by David Clements, currently playing at Notre Dame in Canada. Also included are Liam Stewart (son of music legend Rod Stewart), and young Lewis Hook who at 15 is seen as one of the sports future stars.
