Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'View Basket' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When you make an order on the GBSC Online Store, you will receive confirmation of your order. This is to indicate that we have received your order, and a contract between the customer and GBSC has been agreed. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

Shipping And Handling
All items are shipped using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, and incur Royal Mail pricing, plus packaging costs.
Shipping prices may change whenever Royal Mail change their shipping costs.
All shipping costs are shown on the checkout payment pages.

Delivery Schedule
We will do the best they can to process the orders immediately. We endeavour to deliver all items within 2 weeks. This includes the time Royal Mail takes to deliver the parcel. However in some cases, this can take up to 28 days. If items cannot be delivered within 28 days, we will contact you to re-evaluate your order.

In the event of damaged goods you must notify us within 7 days, or non-delivery of goods after the 28 day period, we must be notified within 2 days. We will not be liable for and consequential loss due to late or failed delivery.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, and we are unable to aquire it for you with the 28 day delivery period we will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All our prices quoted on the website already include VAT, where applicable, at the current UK rates.

Guarantee
In the event of any goods being faulty or as not as described, please return to us within 7 days of receiving the order, and we will refund the the amount to the card that was used to pay for the goods. This does not affect your statuary rights.

Returns Policy
ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN REDUCED OR ARE ON SALE CANNOT BE RETURNED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.

Wrong Size:
In the case of an item of clothing being the wrong size, return the item to us within 7 days of delivery, with a print out of your order receipt, explaining the size you require and we will try to accommodate. If the size you require is not available, a refund will be issued. Items should be enclosed in the original packaging with tags attached, where applicable.

When returning an item, Postage and Packaging costs is the responsibility of the customer.

General Returns Policy:
Any item that you return MUST comply with the following...
1. It MUST be in the same condition in which it was sent with no visible signs of wear or damage.
2. The item MUST have all of its tags and labelling still attached.

Remittance Terms
All goods will only be shipped once the payment has cleared.
